The food network shows how you can get oven boiled eggs in 30 minutes.  Simply put them in a muffin tin (without water) at 325 for 30 minutes.  The trick is as soon as you take them out of the oven, shock them with cold water which makes peeling easy.  Multi task- the next time you are making supper, slip in a muffin pan with a set of eggs for lunches and breakfasts on the go….   It really is that easy!
