Darryl Carter created a 24-color paint line For Benjamin Moore, which perfectly encapsulates his painting philosophy: “It’s more about tonality than saturation. I always suggest the fainter color.” For more on Carter’s design philosophy, his new book, The Collected Home The color line has since grown to 48 paints.
The Notting Hill Blog went to great lengths to identify the colors which were designed by Darryl Carter after having a hard time locating the shades after visiting a local Benjamin Moore store. The paints which were supposed to be identified as Darryl Carter paints, should have ended with a DC code, but did not. Thankfully, the store carried the colors by Darryl Carter in a booklet, allowing them to be matched up with the the Benjamin Moore colors for easy reference.
